Bintan Resort Ferries is not one of several names competing for the same route the way Sindo, Majestic and Batam Fast compete on Batam. It is the only operator on Tanah Merah to Bandar Bentan Telani, so there is no operator comparison to make here, only a cabin class one. Standard Class is the base fare. Emerald Class adds a priority queue, assigned larger seats, an exclusive cabin and open deck area, and complimentary non-alcoholic drinks and Wi-Fi. It carries foot passengers only, no vehicles, and holds an STB (Singapore Tourism Board) travel agent licence, TA02159.

Bandar Bentan Telani is the resort terminal, not Tanjung Pinang town. Confirm which one your onward transfer meets.
