The pier named on your ticket matters as much as the timing, since Pralarn, Nathon and Bangrak are on different sides of Koh Samui.

Lomprayah's own timetable shows about 1 hour 25 minutes on its fastest speed boat, about 2 hours on its catamarans, and about 3 hours on its slower afternoon ferry. Confirm which vessel is on your ticket before planning a tight connection.
Check the ticket. Nathon on the west coast takes the larger mainland ferries, Pralarn is used by Lomprayah catamarans, and Bangrak, also called Big Buddha Pier, handles some island services. They are on different sides of the island.
