Telaga Terminal is the only operator on this site sailing between two countries in a single hop rather than island to island within one. Its own booking site publishes the crossing as about 90 minutes over 42 kilometres, departing Telaga Ferry Terminal inside Telaga Harbour Marina at Pantai Kok on Langkawi and landing at Pattaya Beach on Koh Lipe. There is no fixed pier at Koh Lipe. Passengers are moved between the beach and the ferry by local longtail boat, a transfer the operator includes in the ticket price rather than charging separately. The operator's own site names the season as opening in October and running to May, so this is not a year-round crossing; travellers planning a June to September trip should check whether the route is running at all before assuming BLS-style year-round frequency. As an international sailing, Telaga Terminal asks for a passport or border pass valid at least 6 months, plus any visa the traveller needs, and issues a Thai arrival card at check-in that has to be kept for departure.
