Raja Ferry, which runs the Donsak-Koh Samui vehicle ferry, lists a Phuket bus station only as a pickup point for its combined bus-and-ferry service, not as a ferry pier. Getting across means a bus or van to Surat Thani's Donsak Pier, then the ferry from there.
